21st Century Funerals KZN pioneered the 3 in 1 cover plan which allows all 21st Century policy holders to receive the following services:
Cash Payout
Depending on your chosen plan, we provide a cash payout in the form of a grocery fund.
Catering Services
Catering staff and equipment such as posts, gas stoves, crockery,cutlery and glasses will be available for use on the day of thefuneral.
Staff will also assist with:
– Food preparation
– Serving food
– Clean up and washing all catering equipment
Undertaking Services
This includes, but not limited to:
– Removal, storage and preparation of body
– Supply of coffin stand, trolley and the screen
– Hearse and two family cars
– Coffin spray
– Upright flowers
– 100 programmes
– Graveside decorations
– Graveside cross/marker
In the event of a death, the Principal Member or beneficiary must contact 21st Century Funerals KZN within six (6) months of the date of death.
Our policy provides for a burial service. On successful completion of a valid claim, we will conduct a funeral service using The Funeral Fund and in addition, we will pay a Grocery Fund in cash.
A person, who is a policyholder of 21st Century Funerals KZN (underwritten by BrightRock Insurance Company Limited), who is a member of this policy, who accepts the conditions as stated herein and the premiums indicated in the schedule of the policy and who is fully described in the schedule of the policy. The principal member may not be younger than 18 Years old
In the event of the death of the principal member, the policy will be cancelled with effect from the date of death and no further cover will be in force for any members.
Our executive, prestige, prestige plus, premier, and family protector plus plans all have a 100-seater tent, décor, and 100 seats as a benefit on the policy. This benefit value is indicated on your leaflet supplied by the agent that signed you up on the policy.
Breadwinner Plan
As part of protecting you and your family, 21st Century Funeral will provide you with groceries worth R 3500 for 3 months when a main member or spouse passes away.
Catering Plan
Provides the client catering for 250 people and includes the options between 3 catering menus. Includes catering staff at the funeral venue, equipment, preparations.
Grave Plan
Tombstone Plan
An additional benefit to your funeral plan that gives you a cover for a tombstone as part of your memorial service.
Inkomo Plan
Provides for the delivery of a living cow weighing over 400kg and at the highest quality, to any funeral venue within South Africa. This plan covers up to R 12 500. Please note, this cover allows you to either choose Inkomo or a hamper from Bluff Meat, Oxford Meat or Checkers to the value of R12 500.
Imbuzi Plan
Provides for the delivery of a living goat at the highest quality, to any funeral venue within South Africa worth R2 500.Please note, this cover allows you to chose between Imbuzi or a voucher from Bluff Meat, Oxford Meat or Checkers
